Engineering Supervision

Construction depends on solving a range of tasks, and to achieve that facility owners, end users, government agencies, architects, and engineers must work together. We view each project as a unique opportunity so we strive to customise our services to meet the expectations of each client and project. For this purpose, project managers collaborate with architects and civil engineers to plan, implement and finalise projects by defining the basic steps and procedures to be followed to supervise the implementation of the various project works.
Our supervision team determines the responsibilities of the contracting engineers and clarifies some of the contractor’s responsibilities, obligations and rights when carrying out the works. They also clarify and apply the standards and specification of the Saudi Building Code. We are keen to raise the level of quality of project construction by raising the level of supervision and implementation of quality control  programmes, thus reducing future maintenance and operating costs and eliminate problems and obstacles that may arise after delivery.
