About Project
Preparing strategic plans for Jazan region in coordination with the regional development authorities, municipalities, regional councils and municipal councils, activating the role of planning regions and improving the urban pattern as one of the most important means of achieving balanced and sustainable urban development. This also includes supervising the implementation of the strategic plan for Jazan region and Gizan city and laying the foundations for governance, management, implementation, programmes and participatory plans for them by coordinating between these levels and supporting the mutual functional linkages between them in the form of a homogeneous system that works according to a long-term strategic vision represented by the National Urban Strategy 2030 and linked to the objectives and initiatives of the Kingdom’s vision, the new urban agenda, and the global sustainable development programmes.
