The firm is headed by Eng. Abubakr bin Ahmed Al Mottahar, who has abundant experience and a long professional career in the field of engineering consultancy, which extends to more than 30 years. He studied architecture at King Saud University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and graduated in 1991 AD. He is also certified as  Consultant Engineer from the Saudi Council of Engineers. In addition to his presidency of the Board of Directors of the Olum Alomran Company, he is a member of a region council and the head of several committees, associations and local councils. He previously worked in the government field and was appointed mayor of several municipalities before moving to work in the private sector.
